Day 2: samburu national reserve
Early morning game drive before breakfast. Breakfast at the lodge. You may take a visit to a local Samburu village and see there culture which is payable direct.
We’ll be tracking for elephant, lion, rhino, buffalo, and the night-prowling leopard.
Samburu national reserve is located north of the central mountains and the equator. It’s the home to Samburu special five Grevy’s zebra and reticulated giraffe, as well as Oryx, gerenuk, Somali ostrich and dik dik. Late afternoon game drive at samburu national reserve to search for unseen wild.
samburu national reserve is the home of a very large number of birds. Resident birds, migrating birds, over 400 different species have been recorded in the reserve and it’s surroundings such as African openbill, Abdim’s stork and somali bee-eater.
Other birds found in samburu national reserve are; Rufous Napped Lark, The common Ostrich, Ruppell’s Vulture, Secretary bird, Southern Ground Hornbill, Southern Masked Weaver, Speckled Mouse bird, Spotted Thick Knee, Striped Kingfisher, Superb Starling ,Vulturine Guinea fowl , Martial Eagle, Marabou Stork, Lilac Breasted. If you are bird’s lover it is good to visit.

Day 3: samburu national reserve–Nairobi
After breakfast leave samburu national reserve by a flight to Wilson Airport, to be met by your driver/guide, who drive you to giraffe Centre to see the giraffe and feed them . Lunch at a city restaurant and later you will transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for a flight to the next destination.
